~Eric did not take a direct lightning strike
~Andy (jogger) said that Eric "responded" after one or two applications of CPR. He did not respond with consciousness, but his upper body responded
~Andy doesn't know if Eric took a breath of his own, but he was spitting up and moving his jaw and mouth
~Andy said that Eric opened his eyes several times as he was doing CPR
The real test will be tonight as they begin bringing Eric out of the medically induced coma. We covet your prayers, but are hopeful.
~Bob (Jana's Dad)~

An Irish Prayer
ReplyDeleteMay God give you...
For every storm, a rainbow,
For every tear, a smile,
For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
For every problem life sends,
A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.
You are in our thoughts and prayers Eric and Jana.
Love,
John and Kelly Gillece
To the Troyer family,
ReplyDeleteOnly two weeks after my Mom entered the pearly gates. I wonder if Eric got to see something of heaven?
My thoughts and prayers are with you all. As we keep our eyes on what God is up to, we receive joy and comfort.
May God receive glory in each of our lives. His grace and strength is awesome.
